The right to life is hoping that one of it’s bills will get up to the supreme court and roe v wade will get reversed as the court has gotten so conservative. This is probably not the bill that will let it happen as it is so extreme. But, the potential reversal or severe limitations on roe v wade is not a laughing matter. Unlike gay rights, conservatives are not losing the public opinion battle on this issue. Of course, it is harder to educate or win this one for the left. First of all, no one is really “pro abortion”, it is a necessary, but not liked, medical procedure. Second, it is not yet banned (unlike gay marriage), so people don’t understand what they may end up losing, especially the young that don’t remember what life was like for women before roe v wade.

Recycling is good, right? Here’s my comment from Thanos’s Page on the subject:

From the end of the article:
Ohio Right to Life also has expressed concerns about the heartbeat bill. The organization said the bill is unconstitutional and believes it is not wise to spend hundreds of thousands of taxpayer’s dollars defending it.

Wow. That’s how unconstitutional this is. Ohio Right to Life opposes it.

Emphasis added.
